1. Comprehensive Eye Screening is strictly by appointment only and subject to availability of optometrist. Please call the preferred outlet to schedule for an appointment.
2. The Comprehensive Eye Screening & Detailed Report shall only consist of:
- Preliminary History Taking,
- Refractive Assessment,
- Anterior & Posterior Ocular Health Examination and
- Intra-Ocular Pressure Examination.
3. Full payment to be made at the point of eye screening.
4. Collection of the Detailed Eye Screening Report will be notified to you once the report is ready and upon full payment is made.
5. E-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
6. E-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with Vision Lab Membership and Cashback, FavePay Cashback and Vision Lab Gift Vouchers.
7. E-Voucher must be presented to enjoy the corporate discount and is subjected to verification.

2. Call and schedule an appointment for a Comprehensive Eye Screening for Company Employee at your preferred Vision Lab Eyewear branch below.
3. Present this E-Voucher and your Company Employee Pass to our staff at any branch to redeem the Comprehensive Eye Screening at Corporate Rate for your appointment.
