7. This discount is not exchangeable for cash.
8. This discount is only valid for one redemption at a time.

2. Comprehensive Eye Screening is strictly by appointment only and subject to availability of optometrist. Please call the preferred outlet to schedule for an appointment.
3. The Comprehensive Eye Screening & Detailed Report shall only consist of:
- Preliminary History Taking,
- Refractive Assessment,
- Anterior & Posterior Ocular Health Examination and
- Intra-Ocular Pressure Examination.
4. Full payment to be made at the point of eye screening.
5. Collection of the Detailed Eye Screening Report will be notified to you once the report is ready and upon full payment is made.
6. This discount CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.
7. This discount CANNOT be used in conjunction with Vision Lab Membership and Cashback, FavePay Cashback and Vision Lab Gift Vouchers.
8. This discount for Comprehensive Eye Screening with Detailed Eye Screening Report at $50 Exclusive Rate is limited to 1 redemption per person only.
9. This discount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
