Product Warranty and Return Policy

Lenses
» If your lenses appear to be defective due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the defective lens one time only at no charge for thirty days from the date of purchase. Any changes after the one-time replacement will be charged at normal price.

» The same replacement/warranty policy applies to coatings that appear to be defective.
We will replace the defective coatings one time only at no charge for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any changes after the one-time replacement will be charged at normal price.

» The following are not covered under lenses warranty:
Any defect or damages resulting to misuse, negligence, or lack of care, example but not limiting to deformation, cracks, flaws, scratches, etc.
Any phenomenon incidental to aged deterioration or material characteristics of the products.
Any request for change or replacement to a different type of lenses after purchase.
Sales or promotional items.

» Please note that replacement of lenses and determination of misuse or defect is up to the discretion of Vision Lab Eyewear.

» If a copy of the original purchase receipt &/or warranty document could not be presented when requesting for replacement of lenses &/or warranty services, Vision Lab Eyewear will check and confirm your purchase records and purchase date via their systems. Replacement will be provided only if it is in the scope of Warranty

Polycarbonate Lenses
~ Polycarbonate lenses have a 12 months warranty covering any manufacturing defects, cracks, and chips.
We will replace the Polycarbonate lenses one time only at no charge for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any changes after the one-time replacement will be charged at normal price.

Progressive Lenses
» Should you not able to adapt to progressive lenses, we are happy to offer 2 months to exchange.
your progressive lens of the same value to:
Two pairs of single-vision lenses OR
One pair of line-bifocal lenses OR
One pair of single-vision lenses and one pair of computer lenses.
There will be No refund or price adjustment for any price difference between the lenses.

Prescription Changes & Warranty (For Single Vision Lenses only)
» If you feel that you are not seeing well or could not adapt with your new prescription by Vision Lab Eyewear, we will replace the lens one time only at no charge for thirty days from the date of purchase. Any changes after the one-time replacement will be charged at normal price.

Prescription from outside from Vision Lab (Eye doctor/other optical)
» Please note that if the prescription is from eye doctor/other optical shops/old prescriptions, there is no warranty covers for replacement of the lenses.

Refunds
» Customers purchasing any optical products with customize prescription lenses please note: Unless deemed manufacturing defects, we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind on prescription lenses, as the lenses are customized and personalized (made-to-order).

Frames
» If any part of your frame breaks due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace the defective part or frame one time at no charge for 6 months from the date of purchase.
» We will offer you a replacement of your frame of the same value only if we are unable to repair your current frame and if it is no longer in stock.
» The following are not covered under frame warranty:
Any defect or damages resulting to misuse, negligence, or lack of care, example but not limiting to deformation, cracks, flaws, scratches, etc.

Eyewear purchased at Vision Lab Eyewear will be adjusted and repaired at no cost. Please note that we cannot be responsible for damage to eyeglasses older than 6 months while attempting to adjust or repair.
